Clause (c): Repeat Offenders
If there are more than three contraventions of Group B regulations within a three-year block, the Authority may, in addition to the financial disincentive, recommend to the Central Government to take appropriate action against the operator.
Clause (e): Exclusions
Nothing in this Schedule affects the provisions of sub-regulations 7, 8, and 9 of regulation 22 of the principal regulations.
