Additional Provisions:

c) In case of more than three contraventions of the Regulations mentioned under Group B in Table 1 in a block of three years, the Authority may recommend to the Central Government to take appropriate action.
d) In case of a continued contravention, a financial disincentive of ₹2,000 per day for the first thirty days and ₹5,000 per day beyond thirty days shall be imposed.
e) Nothing contained in this Schedule shall affect the provisions of sub-regulation (1A) of regulation 15 and regulation 4A of the regulations.
